These SMS Terms and Conditions explain how A&W Handymen LLC communicates by text message with people who choose to opt in through our website chat widget.

Program Description

A&W Handymen LLC provides text messages to people who voluntarily opt in through the A&W Handymen website chat widget. Messages may include replies to service inquiries, estimate and appointment coordination, project updates, customer-care messages, and related service follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-In

You may opt in only through the A&W Handymen website chat widget at aw-handymen.com. By submitting your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts, you authorize A&W Handymen LLC to send messages for the purposes described above. Do not submit someone else’s number. Consent is specific to A&W Handymen and is not transferred from another company.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you under your wireless plan.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the A&W Handymen Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out and Help

Eligibility and Availability

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Messaging availability may depend on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes and Termination

A&W Handymen may update or discontinue the messaging program. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after a change means you accept the revised terms.
